FREE DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY
Our free delivery policy applies to deliveries in the Melbourne Metro area according to predetermined postcodes. Please view our delivery fee chart to view the list of postcodes/suburbs and their corresponding fees. If you are still uncertain, please give us a call.
Please place your order until 11am for same day delivery and until 10am on Saturdays. Deliveries can be made up until 5:00pm to business addresses and until 7:00pm to residential addresses. Roses Amore are unable to make deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
Some special conditions
will apply to Mothers Day, Valentines Day, Easter, Christmas and Melbourne
Cup. These conditions will be noted on the Roses Amore website during
the lead up to these days. We do deliveries on Mother`s Day, Sunday 12th May 2013!
Once deliveries are in transit, Roses Amore cannot provide a track and trace service at this stage. In special circumstances Roses Amore can make contact with the delivery driver to provide an update on delivery or special needs.
ORDER CANCELLATION/AMMENDMENT POLICY
Roses Amore understands that circumstances may change from time to time. Should you need to cancel an order, Roses Amore will require 24 hours notice on online and phone orders. Orders which have been prepared and are in transit cannot be cancelled. If an issue arises, we encourage you to contact Roses Amore Customer Services on 1300 556 109.
Should you need to make changes to an existing order, we also ask that you contact Roses Amore 24 hours prior.
