BOXED FLOWERS

. On arrival remove flowers from all packaging and using a sharp knife or scissors cut 2-3 cm off each stem.

. Remove any leaves that would be below the water line of the vase as these will start to decay causing bacteria 

    to build up in the vase.

. Place flowers in a clean vase, filled with fresh water and flower food, following the instructions on the sachet. 

    Keep the water level topped up regularly.

. Avoid placing your displayed near ripening fruit, direct heat, in direct sunlight or in a draught.

. Re-cutting the stems every 2 to 3 days may make the flowers last longer.

. If your roses droop try re-cutting the stems and standing them in warm water.

. Flowers get lonely too, so don’t forget to speak to them on a daily basis ;-)

ARRANGEMENTS

. When the arrangement arrives, check that the oasis is not dry and add water if needed.

. Keep your arrangement in a well-lit position at 15°C-21°C away from draughts and direct sunlight.

. Keep the oasis moist: do not over-water, but never let the arrangement dry out completely.

. Remove any dying leaves or flowers as soon as you see them.
