Roses Amore can provide special orders of large quantities of roses of different varieties and stem length for special events and private functions. To discuss this option please contact the Roses Amore customer service team on 1300 556 109 to discuss the options available.
The use of this website and these conditions is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and the state of Victoria. Any legal action arising out of its use shall be brought and enforced under the applicable Australian law and state jurisdiction. By using this site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia and any legal action pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
All prices quoted either over the phone or Roses Amore web site, unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of GST and in Australian Dollars (AUD). Product prices do not include delivery fees.
ROSES AMORE – FLOWER QUALITY & MAINTENANCE
The team at Roses Amore take our flower quality seriously, as we only distribute the good stuff – direct from Colombia. Our experienced team (some sourced from Colombia too), source our roses from Colombia, and sometimes Ecuador.
Our flowers, surprisingly take little time to arrive from South America, freshly picked from a range of farms which we are aligned with. Our flowers arrive on a daily basis ensuring only the freshest high quality roses are available here in Melbourne – direct from Colombia.
Despite being some of the highest quality flowers, sometimes quality levels can change due to factors beyond our control, which may reduce flower longevity. We recommend that you follow our Care Instructions which outlines the best way to look after your Colombian roses.
We recommend on arrival, that the base of the stems be cut on an angle 1-2 cm from their base. Regular water changes and keeping the flowers from sunlight/warm temperatures will extend their life. We also recommend to keep the leaves clear from the water line. Our roses generally last up to one week if proper care and maintenance is followed.
Roses Amore offer a Refund and Return option for our customers. Our Columbian roses should last for up to one week when stored correctly, and care instructions are followed. Given flowers are perishable, any change in environment may have an impact on their longevity. If you have any queries relating to your delivery, please contact Roses Amore on 1300 556 109.
Roses Amore guarantee that our flowers will remain fresh and in form for the first three days if care instructions are followed. In a rare case that our flowers fail to remain fresh during the first three days please contact Roses Amore. Prior to issuing a refund or replacement delivery Roses Amore may request photographs to verify the state of the flowers.
If our flowers fail to maintain their freshness during their first three days, Roses Amore will replace or refund the purchase value less delivery charges.
In most cases, we will request the original flowers to ensure our quality control measures are maintained to a high standard.
It is important to know that our Colombian roses are unique, and in some cases size/colour/aroma may vary between variety. Our access to some of the best farms in Colombia means we can bring only the very best of the good stuff.
ORDER CANCELLATION/AMMENDMENT POLICY
Roses Amore understand that circumstances may change from time to time. Should you need to cancel an order, Roses Amore will require 24 hours notice on online and phone orders. Orders which have been prepared and are in transit cannot be cancelled. If an issue arises, we encourage you to contact Roses Amore Customer Services on 1300 556 109.
Should you need to make changes to an existing order, we also ask that you contact Roses Amore 24 hours prior.
In order to send you the best Colombian flowers, Roses Amore will need to collect your personal information. We will only collect information for the purpose of providing our goods and/or services.
Our web site and customer service staff will only ask for; your name, address, email and contact numbers.
The information you provide may also be used to communicate special offers which we may have from time to time. At Roses Amore, we respect your privacy, and will be happy to remove you from our mailing list at any time.
At Roses Amore, we will not disseminate or disclose any information you provide to us, to third parties or a customers agent, unless the individual is authorised to do so under the Privacy Act (2001).
FREE DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY
Our free delivery policy applies to deliveries in the Melbourne Metro area according to predetermined postcodes. Please ask us prior to making your purchase if you are unsure.
Deliveries can be made up until 5:00pm to business addresses and until 7:00pm to residential addresses. Roses Amore are unable to make deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
Some special conditions will apply to Mothers Day, Valentines Day, Easter, Christmas and Melbourne Cup. These conditions will be noted on the Roses Amore web site during the lead up to these days.
Once deliveries are in transit, Roses Amore cannot provide a track and trace service at this stage. In special circumstances Roses Amore can make contact with the delivery driver to provide an update on delivery or special needs.
PURCHASE & SALE OF ALCOHOL
Roses Amore follows the guidelines of the Responsible Service of Alcohol, as directed by Liquor Licensing Victoria. All orders incorporating alcohol as a component of a gift pack are facilitated and processed by Tony and May Cho Pty Ldy, t/as Roses Amore, ABN 23 968 656 486. Tony and May Cho Pty Ltd is exempt from the requirement to be licensed under the Liquor Control Reform Act (1998), by exemption permit # 60500458.
Under the Liquor Reform Control Act, it is an offence for a person under the age of 18 to purchase alcohol, and for a licensee to sell to a person under the age of 18. For deliveries incorporating alcohol, there is a maximum of 1.5 litres per order or 2 bottles.
OFFLINE PAYMENT OPTION
We at Roses Amore understand that some may prefer to order their roses over the phone. Please call the Roses Amore customer service team on 1300 556 109 to place an order.
RIGHT TO ANONYMITY
Roses Amore customers have the option to send roses anonymously, however the customer service staff will need to request your details to confirm payment for the delivery. If you so choose to remain anonymous, Roses Amore will not disclose the sender’s information.
